Meeting Called To Order at 7:00 Pm.
The meeting began with a reading of the last minutes.
The winter Christmas Tree Lighting Festival will be on Dec 1. We are putting together the event lineup. Here is a sample lineup… feel free to email me at technetiummusic@aol.com or call 675-7080 if you have an event that should be added.
9-3 Craft Fair for the Lady Lions
3:30 Movie at Woodland Theater
5:30 Fire trucks begin loading

Early Learning Center********
The early learning center grand opening will be on October 24 from 5pm to 7pm. Mr. Knowlton and his crew have worked very hard to make this happen. Please come down and show your support.
Halloween Parties********
October 27th One Spooky Night 6PM Backyard BBQ
October 27th Witches ball from 1pm-4pm.

Chamber Business
Mr Knowlton asked chamber to cover the last financial portion for the Woodland Theater screen. Chamber agreed that we would pay up to $1500.00.
We would like to welcome  Angela Monette-Beardall to the board of directors. Mr Cripps has left his position due to personal circumstances. Angela is now our Vice President. Thank You Angela for stepping up. We value your input and ideas.
We would also like to welcome Aditi Sood to the board of directors. Begining in December, Mr Teller will be taking an extended leave of office for personal circumstances. Aditi Sood will be President of chamber will Phil is away. Thank You Aditi for stepping up and helping us to navigate Kettle Falls.
Downtown Drone
We would like to take aerial footage of downtown Kettle Falls to create a welcome video. Stay tuned for footage. Phil will work with the gentleman who is donating his time and efforts for this endeavor.
Light up Chamber and Winter Festival
November 24 and 25th Mrs Chamberlain will be decorating the inside of Chamber. We are looking for volunteers to help with this endeavor. Thank You Julie for donating all these totes of decorations for our cause. Marnie and Diana will be doing the lovely display of lights around chamber. Thank You Ladies.. what an Incredible job!!!!
We still need to move the decorations from long storage over to chamber or to city hall in preparation for our winter festival. Aditi will be lending City Hall the old time popcorn machine for the Winter festival on Dec 1st.
Kettle Falls City Signs
Phil will be contacting Ken Leiske to do the two city signs. Stay tuned for time and date of unveiling.
City Trucks New Logos
Mr Ridlington is arranging for the new logos to be placed on the city trucks.
Breakfast with Santa
Breakfast with Santa will be on December 8th. More details as we get closer.

The next scheduled Chamber Board meeting is Monday November 5th, 2018, 12 Pm at the Information Center.
